About me…

Hey there — I’m Carly.

I’m a no BS clinician with a warm, approachable style and a propensity for humor and the occasional F-bomb. I find value in the healing of laughter and speak fluent sarcasm. My clients would likely tell you that I’m “real” and make therapy feel less scary or intimidating. I believe that therapy should be collaborative and honest, and that you probably already posses the tools to transform your own life. That might sound like a lot of responsibility — but no worries, you’ve got this! Figuring out how to get there or where to start might feel complicated or confusing. That’s where I come in.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I received my Bachelor’s Degree at Temple University and my MSW at The City University of New York, Hunter College. I’ve done post-master’s training at NYU and have been a Field Instructor for graduate-level students at several of NYC’s schools of Social Work. I have nearly 15 years of experience working with people facing serious illness, caregiving and loss.

Outside of my role as a therapist, I’m a busy mom who loves to cook (and eat) and is a sucker for Bravo TV and a good Netflix binge.

Let’s connect! I look forward to our work together!
