Where are you located?

I’m currently providing online therapy services (teletherapy) to clients in all parts of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. That means that all of our sessions are from the comfort of where you are, no traveling needed!

What is teletherapy?

Teletherapy is just like it sounds…I provide your traditional “talk therapy” but using a HIPAA-secured video platform. This makes therapy more attainable for many people as it gives you the flexibility and ease of connecting from your own home. You don’t need any special equipment except a computer, tablet or phone with a camera and an internet connection. It couldn’t be easier!

What’s your fee?

I currently charge $150 per 50-minute session. I am also able to accept a limited number of sliding scale clients.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes! I currently accept United Healthcare, Oxford, Aetna and Oscar Health.

What if you don’t accept my specific insurance plan?

For insurance plans other than those I’ve listed above, I am considered an out-of-network provider. What this means is that while I do not accept your insurance at this time, your insurance company may provide some reimbursement for our sessions. I can provide you with the required documentation to submit.
